i found 2 gold max dmg fellblades in my little farming spot today in the crystal desert. i sold the m for 100k each on inter servers unided. i also found a gold long sword with a +30 hp pommel in the last few hours, first one i ever found. i had bought one for 15k from a guy *erm cough* n00b. . .and i resold it for 120k
its easy to make cash, you just gota find the right spots
i have found Mo/W to be just as good at farming as ele's

Is it REALLY that hard to believe that some of us have no luck in drops?

Just because you get 5-6k per run doesnt mean the rest of us do.

Look at those numbers for a second.

I've never, not once, seen anyone sell something for that much. Do you have regulars you trade with? Is there some kind of hidden market where all the rich people go? If there is, I'd like to know where.

Simple statistics say, yes it is. Lets pretend that 1 out of every 100 grawls will drop a gold max damage item. This is better said as a 1% chance to get a gold item, and while that doesn't mean that you will get one for every hundred grawls you kill, you will get one eventualy. If some people kill three grawls and bam, gold item, well, they got lucky with the numbers. The problem comes when you think: "oh, he gets 3 golds a run. You should realise that 3 golds is probably not average for anyone, unless you define a 'run' as not entering an outpost, whereas I say if you zone, one run ends and another begins. Stay with it, in one farming area, rather than skipping around like a madman, or complaining about not getting items. For a long time I very rarely got anything rare (funny, perhaps they are called rare for a reason) and then I started farming. Not chests, but enemies. Do some reaserch, find a place that drops the things you want, and farm it. Or, find a place that drops items worth a lot of gold and farm it.

You are not the only one who did not make money off of the reset, but you are the only one I have seen begging and whining about it, and yes, no matter how you phrase it, it sounds like begging.

Poor people should not spend too much time here because us rich people need to buy and sell good items and there is only so much room in that sacred district.

I just make money by trading, I've had the game for around 2 months now and through some hard work and good use of LA district 1, I have a maxed out storage holding 1000k and a lot of items that I can sell if I ever need gold. I think trading is really the only way to go, although I now farm because I need the exp and skill points to start PvPing. If anyone had unid sup runes to sell, I'd greatly appreciate it

. But yes, while you can make 2k in one hour off farming, I normally make 50-100k off of one trade, which can take anywhere from 10 minutes to 5 days.

Well ya shouldn't be worried because It's closed. This thread is taking up space for serious buyers. No ones gonna sell you ecto at 300 gold. Either put on the big boy pants and move on or dwell on the fact that ya missed out. Either way no one else cares nor' do they wanna here your rant. We have a forum for these types of discussions and this isn't it. Please repost it there if ya feel the need to be coddled.
